TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All purchases are COD unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If credit has been established our terms are net 30 days. Any account over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance. In the event of a default, customer agrees to pay all cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees. All prices are F.O.B. MC Landscape Trees in Teague, Texas. Any tagged trees require a 25% non refundable deposit which will be forfeited and all trees returned to inventory after the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. There is no warranty either expressed or implied. Any claim must be made at the time of delivery. Once the inventory is accepted we will not replace or refund for any reason. It is mutually agreed that there is no liability above and beyond the original purchase price of the tree. It is also agreed that any purchase represents acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
